These terms describe use of Pokéstry.com and the POKÉSTRY collection service operated by Elias Jalal, operating POKÉSTRY. Contact support@pokestry.com with questions. The service is currently in development; website collection access is restricted during maintenance.

The collection service

POKÉSTRY helps you organise Pokémon cards by expansion and language, record copies and favorites, review scan results, sync account collection records and view available card-price information. The current service is offered without charge. Features and availability can change as development continues.

Your account and records

Use an account you control and provide accurate account information. Keep sign-in codes and credentials private. You are responsible for checking your collection records and correcting mistaken matches or copy counts. Do not access another person’s account, evade access restrictions, disrupt the service or use it unlawfully.

Scanning and market information

Card recognition can make mistakes; review results and remove or correct incorrect additions. Card catalog entries, images and availability can be incomplete or change. Market prices and graphs are estimates based on available provider information; they may be delayed, unmatched or based on different languages, conditions or printings. They do not guarantee a sale price or future value.

Availability and backups

The app is under active development and can be unavailable during maintenance. Account sync, device storage and an available optional iCloud backup have different coverage. Keep appropriate copies of records that matter to you. We will use reasonable care, but do not guarantee uninterrupted access, perfect recognition, complete catalog data or recovery of every device-local record.

Your content and card rights

You retain your rights in your own photos and collection records. You permit us and the providers described in the privacy policy to process that information as needed to provide the features you request. Upload or store only material you are entitled to use.

POKÉSTRY is an independent collection tool and is not affiliated with or endorsed by The Pokémon Company, Nintendo, Creatures or GAME FREAK. Pokémon names, trademarks, card artwork and expansion logos belong to their respective owners. Third-party data and images remain subject to their owners’ rights.

Privacy, ending use and responsibility

The privacy policy explains the service’s data handling. You may stop using the service at any time and request account deletion in account settings or by email. Signing out alone does not delete your account or device-local collection.

We may restrict access to protect the service or respond to unlawful use. Nothing in these terms excludes responsibilities or user rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. Applicable mandatory consumer and data-protection rights remain in effect.

Updated terms will be published here with an updated date. Material changes will be communicated appropriately before they take effect where required. Questions and support requests can be sent to support@pokestry.com.
